Setting your goals is like setting up a target. It gives you something to aim for, something to shoot at. The trick is writing down those goals because it makes the target real, it’s not just an idea floating in your head.

You can set goals to talk to more people, get a promotion, exercise, or to get more done on the job. It’s up to you. Just start by writing them down.
